First time customer and was not disappointed. Excellent service and sausage. I bought some jalapeno cheddar, pepper jack, and brisket sausage served as an appetizer. Four people tasted and the brisket sausage was the winner, followed by the pepper jack, then the jalapeno cheddar. Everyone thought the jalapeno cheddar needed more cheese. I will be back.

We just discovered this little gem a few weeks ago & have gone 2 weekends in a row for our BBQ needs. Service is top notch, great people! You gotta try their brisket sausage, smoked boudin, & that pork candy just delicious!

The prices are beyond reasonable and it quality products.  I’ve tried jalapeño cheddar sausage, regular sausage, jalapeño cheddar bacon burgers, Bacon wrap fillets and potato salad.  I’ve been impressed with all of them and didn’t break the bank either.  If you live in the area I highly recommend to try out at least the sausage. they make it in house and meat sourced from Texas ranchers.
